Every plant is inspected, carefully packed, and shipped to arrive in great condition.
What's Covered
Our guarantee covers plants that arrive dead, severely damaged, or in clearly poor condition as a result of shipping. If something goes wrong in transit, we'll take care of it.
How to Report an Issue
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the plant and the packaging it arrived in. The sooner you reach out, the easier it is for us to assess and resolve the issue.
Clear photos help us understand what happened and improve our packing process. A few angles of the plant plus one showing how it was packed is usually all we need.
What We'll Do
We'll either send a replacement plant or issue store credit, at our discretion. In most cases we can get a replacement out quickly, but availability may affect which option we offer.
We may ask for additional photos of the packaging — not to make things difficult, but because it genuinely helps us improve how we ship. Every report makes the next shipment better.
What's Not Covered
Some things fall outside the scope of this guarantee:
Normal Transplant Stress
Mild wilting, drooping, or leaf drop after transit is normal. Most plants bounce back within a week once they're settled in.
Damage After Delivery
Plants left in extreme heat or cold after delivery, or held at the post office beyond the expected delivery window, aren't covered. We recommend retrieving packages promptly.
Post Office Holds
If a package is held at a post office or distribution center due to an incorrect address, missed delivery, or customer absence, the guarantee does not apply.
On Request & Specialty Plants
Plants marked “On Request” are propagated specifically for the customer. Because of the time and care involved, guarantee claims on these items are handled case-by-case. We'll always work with you to find a fair resolution.
Tissue Culture Berry Plants
All tissue-culture berry plants are guaranteed disease-free at the time of shipping. These plants are propagated under controlled laboratory conditions and tested to ensure clean, vigorous stock. This guarantee covers the plant's health status at the point it leaves our care.
