Lilikoʻi is the Hawaiian name for yellow passionfruit (P. edulis f. flavicarpa), deeply established in island agriculture and cuisine. Larger fruit than the purple form, with bright, intensely aromatic pulp that defines tropical cooking — juices, desserts, sauces, and curd. A vigorous vine in warm climates.
