Ouachita is a thornless erect blackberry from the University of Arkansas breeding program, bred from Navaho × Arkansas selection 1506. Mid-season ripening, consistently high yields, and well-documented fruit quality make it one of the most thoroughly proven blackberry cultivars available. Erect canes hold fruit off the ground without trellising. Our tissue-cultured stock is indexed for superior vigor and purity — the foundation that growers expect from propagated caneberry stock.
